Many of our customers prefer to use the Internet when changing their address, checking their balance and prices of various products. This also frees up resources allowing the employees in our customer service department to concentrate on helping customers that need help for, for example, having their cell phone set up correctly or finding out how to benefit optimally from using their phone for much more than just ordinary phone calls.
TDC Mobil focuses on 3G

TDC Mobil has introduced the mobile portal FLY, which offers information, services, entertainment and games, and the company focuses on the innovative 3G technology, that opens up an even greater mobile world for our customers with video clips, music, emails, multiplayer games and much more. With the increased speed and increasingly advanced cell phones, many of the functions the customers have on their computers today will, over the next few years, be integrated in the cell phones. This means that our residential and business customers will gradually be able to access the same personal information and programs, no matter where they are - at home at the computer or on the move with the cell phone or a portable computer. This is what we call mobility.
Cross-border mobility solutions
We live in a world where borders become less and less important. Especially our large business customers demand solutions that cover the entire Nordic region. It is therefore TDC Mobil's ambition to be among the leading providers of Nordic mobility solutions. And we have come a long way already. Through the cooperation with Vodafone among others and through TDC's Nordic company, TDC Song, TDC Mobil is market leader within international GPRS-based roaming and offers combined Nordic mobile and landline solutions. In this way, we ensure our customers the best solutions, also when they are travelling abroad.
TDC Mobil has performed internal trails of convergence products and have one of the world's first convergence products, Duet, introduced in 1999.
