PP1 Lead

Frank Seifert is a Senior Product Manager for Convergent Products at Swisscom Mobile. He has a long experience in the telco industry working for different operators and in different positions. He has been actively shaping the convergent product portfolio for Swisscom since 2004. In addition to his role as lead of the FMCA Priority Programme #01 he is a member of the FMCA Board of Directors.

PP2 Lead

Andrea Laganà works in the Home Network and Handset Innovation Unit of TILAB - Innovation, Engineering & Testing Department of Telecom Italia. He has been working in the Research and Innovation area in Telecom Italia for 10 years, in the Business Process Reengineering, Service Management and Marketing areas, especially addressing the Telecom Italia's wholesale and regulatory services. Since 2004 he's been deeply involved in FMC activities, being responsible for trial projects of FMC Solutions and Terminals. He is Chair of the FMCA and also represents the Telecom Italia Group as a member.

FMCA Priority Programme #04 Lead:

Jean-Marc Frangos
Senior VP, Technology and Innovation
BT Group, Chief Technology Office

PP4 Lead

Jean-Marc Frangos is responsible for sourcing BT's external innovation in the United States, Asia, and Europe. Based in Silicon Valley, and in association with leading Venture Capital firms and entrepreneurs, he identifies disruptive technologies and innovative service opportunities, and establishes the technical and commercial links with BT's Research and Operational divisions. Jean-Marc is also responsible for Innovation Central and BT's Applied Technology Centre. Both organisations aim to introduce innovation, internal and external, to BT's technology and service road maps.
