FMCA Plenary Meetings

FMCA Plenary Meetings occur twice a year and are face-to-face over a duration on average of 3 days.

The meetings are hosted on a rotational basis by our members.

FMCA Plenary Meetings are centred entirely on the customer experience and the convergence market opportunity. The focus being on customer needs, the convergence business case, emerging applications and range of product requirements.

Meetings are centred on:

  • FMCA Operators' updates on their convergence technology choices, trials and product launches
  • Review of the FMCA Priority Programmes
  • Benefits of convergence services for residential and business markets
  • Product Requirements Definition Releases; incl. key developments 
  • Engagements with Standards Development, Specification & Certification Organisations (SDOs/Fora)
  • Analysts - fixed-mobile convergence markets
  • Presentations from leading equipment vendors and application developers
  • FMCA operational and strategic reviews
